In order to reduce the level of gender issue,we are promoting the gender equity since last year 2016 and also thank to the support of our Partner in U.S on behalf of LitWorld. We give the leadership course based on literacy to 56 girls aged from 9 to 14  years of old. This activity occurs once per week and we have four mentors mainly the women who are in charge to deliver the courses. The course turns around of seven Strenght like: Belonging, Friendship, Courage, Kindness, Curiosity, Confidence and Hope. The Regional Cordinator, makes the report of the activities once per week to the Partner through the Skype. We are building a new of generation of women based on the development of the leadership skills.
