Increased number women taking up leadership position and participation in community decision making process. communities adopt participatory decision making process - involving women and youth. Development and use of communication pathway for reporting violence in schools. Institution of counseling and disciplinary committees in secondary 4 schools, to reduce gender based violence in schools. Target oil producing communities are developing strategies to reduce oil pipeline vandalism, oil bunkering and artisanal refining
