  • Vision *: Our vision is to have 250 scholarship recipients in the program by 2023, and send our inaugural class off to college with full-ride scholarships in 2024
  • Mission *: Our mission at Growth Scholars is to provide need-based scholarships and mentorship opportunities to students helping them unleash their unexplored potentials. Thereby closing the academic and opportunity gap for motivated young people in Africa, ensuring they have access to quality education regardless of their financial background.

Instead of building schools that incur high building and maintenance costs, we’re partnering with local schools in our host communities and providing full-ride scholarships and mentorships to low-income students by keeping our costs low, we’re able to maximize all donations.Our scholars will have constant access to mentorship from professionals in Lagos, Nigeria and Accra, Ghana. Our community liaisons will also always be on hand to ensure their academic success. Scholars will also be paired with college students and professors in the United States, to give them access to the world outside their community.
