• Exploits actuels ou majeurs : Brief of activities and achievement on Health System, Human rights and Community development Legal status and our Goal Concern Health Education Project is a registered NGO and works in the area of Health advocacy. We have had projects in Ghana working on Hepatitis B, Meningitis and TB prevention within the Health system Value chain. We work actively in Child immunization and Nutrition via Policy reviews and advocacy on community development initiatives through the promotion of right to health services for all persons. The Promotion of adequate nutrition, child protection and health particularly of Immunization services in rural and urban communities to create demand for diseases prevention and child welfare services are among our Health Right duties . We are registered in the registrar General of companies and recognized by the department of social welfare as a national NGO (Charity) Our work in health advocacy is also into community mobilization, community health education using innovative approaches such as data collection and collaboration with the health system both at District and National level to promote health for all . We have also worked in TB/HIV (Contact Tracing, Testing and referrals ) , Malaria( Bed Net distribution ITNs , IPT for Pregnant Mother , Nutrition for maternal/child care . (Breast feeding and vitamins), Our NGO is registered as a national in character and has the capacity to scale up and enter into collaboration with partners in the Health and Human right sector. Currently working with a number of coalitions ( Human rights NGOs forum, Health and Volunteer coalitions in Ghana. ) We have over 12 years experience in Health Rights and human rights advocacy through an effective partnership with the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice under the Human Rights NGOs forum using innovative approaches (such as Radio and TV interviews and policy dialogues with partner institutions Our Mission statement: Sending behavioral change information to all communities Vision: To Grow together with the Grass Root community Objective  Volunteer mobilization to undertake community initiatives  Health Advocacy: Policy reviews , community dialogues , Data gathering and Education  Human rights /Governance : Right to health for all and Ensure Health system Transparency and good governance.
