To promote the adoption of improved fish processing methods and energy efficient smoking technologies.3. Promote and provide vocational skills training to girls and young women4. Promote functional literacy among rural women5. Research into issues affecting women and children in the project communities6. Promote early childhood development education especially the vulnerable and the disadvantaged.7. Play an advocacy role for women and adolescent girls on their Reproductive Health Rights, Human Rights and other policies that affect their socio-economic status.8. Improve financial management and marketing skills of fishmongers and agro processors.9. Undertake community education to create awareness on Environmental Hygiene and sanitation and ensure pleasant physical environment in the communities and work places.

Advocating Policy On Empowerment Of Fish Processors For Protection Of Mangroves And Riparian Sites 3. Construction of Community Beach School, fencing walls, and providing Library Books, Desks, Playground Equipment, Learning Kits, Floor mats, security doors and shelves to CEWEFIA Beach Community School 4. Advocating on Family Livelihoods and Ecosystem Sustainability Enhancement through Improved Nutrition and Food Security for Families Program 5. Increasing the Voice of the Voiceless through Local Governance and Decentralization Program 6. Strengthening Communities Reproductive Health and Poverty Reduction 7. Improving Health Education Awareness 8. Advocating for Reproductive Health Rights Information and Education and promoting the Rights of children, Reproductive Health Rights Programme for men & women 9. Advocating HIV/AIDS Prevention and providing Care and support for People Living with HIV/ AIDS (PLwHA) and people living with disabilities and AIDS Orphans 10. Providing business development service training in Financial Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurial Skills for fishmongers and women farmers 11. Providing Non-Formal Education to Fishmongers 12. Construction of a Vocational Skills Training Centre at CEWEFIA Project Site for providing Vocational Skills Training in Batik, Tie and Dye, Dressmaking, Hairdressing and Bakery for fishmongers, young women, single parents and women farmers 13. Providing of Fish Salting and Drying racks, Fish Smoking sheds and trays 14. Provision of Education in Basic Social Rights Programme 15. Training of peer educators, Community Health Promoters (CHPs), Traditional Births Attendants (TBA), Anti CLaT Advocates, Community Child Protection Committees, Community Woodlot Plantation Management Committee for the sustainability of project. 16. Provision of five acres of land for Elmina Projects, two medium size kpone smokers, modern new improved fish smoking technologies (Ahoto stove ), pipe borne water, electricity and bathhouse at the project site and establishing 10 acre cassia siamea woodlot plantation.
