- Vision: Human rights violations are falling; Access to criminal justice is improved; And impunity is fought. Citizens are regaining confidence in their countries by making better use of the rights guaranteed to them in the various international and regional human rights instruments. Finally, democratic governance is progressing through a more appropriate and accepted electoral system.
