- Mission: To build capacity of marginalized groups especially women and youth on self development and participation in decision making process, so the they can actively contribute to economic development, social justice and a healthy living environment in their community.

- Objectifs principaux : To build capacity of marginalized groups to help them become economically secured, self-confident, healthy, and adequately skilled members of the society. To promote participatory approaches in development agenda setting, peace building initiative, policy implementation, by strengthening the voice of marginalized groups in their communities. To mobilize and strengthen capacity the voice of stakeholders including marginalized groups to demand accountability and or advocate for policy formulations and reforms that would better their lives.

Increased number women taking up leadership position and participation in community decision making process. communities adopt participatory decision making process - involving women and youth. Development and use of communication pathway for reporting violence in schools. Institution of counseling and disciplinary committees in secondary 4 schools, to reduce gender based violence in schools. Target oil producing communities are developing strategies to reduce oil pipeline vandalism, oil bunkering and artisanal refining
